So I'm looking for a animation software to animate on, because I want to move on from using my phone to using my computer, I'm thinking of using Flash cs4 but I have no Idea how to install it and where to get it or if I can even still get it since flash is dead rip :(
So if anyone could help that would be nice thanks

I'd recommend krita since it can double as an art and animation program plus it's also free. Blender can also be a good choice, I heard it can do 2d and 3d animation, and it is also free.

Oh and if you want something that is similar to flash, you should try the wick editor. It's much more simple than other animation software. There's also no need to install since you can use it straight in your browser.
